Refund Policy
Last Updated: July 31, 2026
1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for purchases of BytesFlows residential proxy and related data-access services (the "Service"). It forms part of our Terms of Service. If there is a conflict between this page and the Terms on refund topics, this Refund Policy controls for refunds.
Payments for the Service are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Purchases processed through Paddle are also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Paddle's Buyer Refund Policy, including any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the buyer's jurisdiction.
2. Subscriptions and traffic
BytesFlows self-serve plans are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions unless a specific offer states otherwise.
- Each billing cycle credits the traffic allowance included in your plan.
- Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled.
- Cancel before the next renewal date to avoid the next charge.
- Unused traffic does not roll over to later billing cycles and expires at the end of the cycle in which it was credited.
Cancel and manage billing from your account dashboard where available, or contact support@bytesflows.com for assistance.
3. General refund position
Except where required by applicable law or by Paddle's Buyer Refund Policy:
- Consumed proxy traffic is generally non-refundable.
- We do not offer refunds solely for change of mind, unused traffic that expired, or incompatibility with a specific third-party website or target that was not guaranteed under a written SLA.
- Fees already paid for completed billing cycles with delivered access are generally non-refundable once the corresponding traffic or service period has been made available.
4. Cases we review individually
We will review refund or adjustment requests on a case-by-case basis when they involve, for example:
- Duplicate charges for the same subscription period
- Material service defects attributable to BytesFlows that prevent reasonable use of the Service for a sustained period
- Inaccessible purchased services where you cannot access the Service you paid for due to a fault on our side
Approved remedies may include a refund, credit, or other adjustment, depending on the facts and applicable rules (including Paddle's policies and mandatory law).
5. How to request a refund
- Email support@bytesflows.com with the subject line
Refund request. - Include your account email, order or transaction ID (from Paddle or your receipt), purchase date, and a brief description of the issue.
- We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days and complete an initial review within 10 business days. Complex cases may take longer if we need more information from you or from Paddle.
If your purchase was processed by Paddle, Paddle may also handle or co-handle the refund under its Buyer Refund Policy.
6. Chargebacks
If you open a chargeback or payment dispute, we may pause related account access while the dispute is investigated. Please contact support first so we can try to resolve the issue directly.
