AdsPower Integration

Run AdsPower profiles through 65M+ real residential IPs

Each browser profile gets its own exit IP from a real home broadband connection — not a datacenter. Canvas fingerprints, WebGL hashes, and TCP timestamps stay consistent per profile, eliminating cross-account association signals.

What changes when you add a residential proxy to AdsPower

Platforms like Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Facebook detect account association through IP clustering — not just browser fingerprints.

Why serious multi-account operators choose BytesFlows

1

Profile-level IP isolation

Assign a unique BytesFlows proxy user to each AdsPower profile. Profiles never share exit IPs, ASNs, or subnet masks — the most common cause of bulk account suspension.

2

Sticky session across login flows

Maintain the same residential exit IP throughout a login, adding-to-cart, or checkout sequence. Sudden IP changes during a session trigger fraud detection on most e-commerce platforms.

3

Local API compatible

BytesFlows proxies integrate with the AdsPower Local API (port 50325). Automate profile creation with proxy parameters injected programmatically — no manual UI steps for large-scale operations.

Configure BytesFlows proxy in AdsPower (3 minutes)

Follow these steps in the AdsPower desktop client. Each profile can use a different proxy user for complete isolation.

  1. 1

Create a proxy user in BytesFlows

Log in to your BytesFlows dashboard → Proxies → Residential → Sub-users. Click "Add User" and note the username and password. You can create one user per AdsPower profile for full isolation.

  2. 2

Open or create a browser profile in AdsPower

In AdsPower, click "New Profile" or open an existing one. Scroll to the "Proxy" section inside the profile configuration panel.

  3. 3

Set proxy type to HTTP or SOCKS5

Select HTTP or SOCKS5 as proxy type. Enter Host: p1.bytesflows.com and Port: 8001 (HTTP) or 1080 (SOCKS5). Then paste the proxy user credentials.

  4. 4

Add geo targeting to the username (optional)

Append location parameters to the username: username-cc-US (country), username-cc-US-state-CA (state), or username-cc-US-city-losangeles (city). No changes needed to the password.

  5. 5

Click "Check Proxy" and verify the exit IP

AdsPower will test the proxy and show the detected exit IP, country, and ISP. Confirm it shows a residential ISP (not a datacenter). Click Save and launch the profile.

AdsPower + Proxy: Common Questions

How many AdsPower profiles can I run per proxy user?
One proxy user per profile is the recommended approach for complete isolation. BytesFlows sub-users are free to create with no limit — each gets its own credential and can be assigned a different geo target. For rotating sessions, a single user can serve multiple profiles in sequence, but concurrent use of the same credentials from different profiles risks IP overlap.
Does AdsPower support SOCKS5 in addition to HTTP?
Yes. AdsPower supports HTTP, HTTPS, and SOCKS5 proxy types. BytesFlows provides both protocols on the same credential set. SOCKS5 (port 1080) is recommended for profiles that need to handle non-HTTP traffic or where you want lower protocol overhead.
Why does my AdsPower proxy check sometimes show a datacenter IP?
This can happen when the selected country has limited residential coverage at that moment. Try appending a different country or removing the geo parameter entirely to let the system pick the best available node. Also verify your account has active residential traffic balance.
Can I use BytesFlows with AdsPower Local API for automation?
Yes. The AdsPower Local API (default: http://localhost:50325) accepts proxy parameters as part of profile creation requests. Pass the proxy object with type, host, port, user, and password fields. This allows automated scaling without opening the AdsPower UI.
How do sticky sessions work for e-commerce checkout flows?
Sticky sessions maintain the same exit IP for a defined duration (up to 60 minutes). To enable, append -session-[random_id] to your proxy username. The same session ID keeps the same IP. For checkout flows, use a unique session ID per cart to prevent IP rotation mid-transaction.
