Why Can GeoIP Sources Disagree?
IP geolocation databases use different sources and update schedules, so country, region, city, ISP, and network labels may differ. Compare multiple sources and the target application's observed behavior; no single lookup proves physical location or route quality.
Why Can a Low-Risk IP Still Receive 403 or CAPTCHA?
An IP risk score is only one input. A target may also evaluate authentication, request rate, cookies, browser behavior, TLS and HTTP characteristics, account history, and its own policy. Changing an IP does not guarantee access or bypass a challenge.
How Should Residential and Datacenter Signals Be Read?
ASN ownership, rDNS, hosting flags, and provider classifications are useful evidence, but each can be incomplete or stale. Record the source and timestamp, and avoid treating one label as proof of a specific BytesFlows product capability.

Sticky-session behavior can help preserve an exit for a configured period, subject to current product and account settings. It does not guarantee cookie continuity, challenge avoidance, account safety, or target access.
